This is a private, non-commercial service operated by an individual for members of one extended family. It provides a shared calendar and address book. It is invitation-only: accounts are created by the administrator, and no public sign-up exists.
Information we receive
When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information: your name, email address, and whether the email is verified. This is used solely to confirm your identity and match you to the family account the administrator created for you. We do not request or receive access to your Google Calendar, Gmail, Contacts, Drive, or any other Google data.
Separately, the service stores the calendar events and contact entries that family members choose to create in it.
How information is used
Sign-in information is used only for authentication and account mapping. Calendar and contact data is used only to provide the shared calendar and address book to invited family members. We do not use any of this data for advertising, profiling, or analytics, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.
Where data lives and who processes it
Calendar and contact data is stored on a privately owned server in the United States, administered by the family member who runs this service. Sign-in is brokered by two processors: Google LLC (authentication) and Okta, Inc. (Auth0, the sign-in service), each of which processes your name and email address during login under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The service uses only the session cookies required to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while you remain an invited member. To have your account and associated data removed, email the administrator at ryanmarshallwa@gmail.com and it will be deleted.
Google user data
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The only Google user data this service receives is basic profile information (name, email, email-verification status), used exclusively for sign-in as described above.
